At 100,000 for a dollar, Fannie gets $46,240 for 4,624,000,000 shares. At fair value $5.04 per share, the warrants would have raised $23,304,960,000. My derivative lawsuit will be for the difference: $23,304,960,000 - $46,240 = 23,304,913,760.

I have full faith that SCOTUS will kill the NWS, which is so obviously unconstitutional. IMO.
