Well, of course they will because the NWS was a theft where Obama's Chicago thugs looted the bank accounts of F&F and stood guard to confiscate all future deposits. No doubt, no gray are there.

But . . . F&F will still be in the full control of the U.S. Government because the conservatorships continue to suppress shareholders' rights.
The train will not leave the station nor will anything fly until these conservatorships disappear.

See the enthusiasm in AMC. Is it getting ready for short squeeze in next few months ?? When will we have our enthusiasm here in FNMA and when will be short squeeze here in FNMA/FMCC ??

I had full faith the other courts would see the NWS as obviously illegal but here we are.
