absolutely not, that's the most dangerous way to look at a company that's just been delisted and being investigated by the SEC. Would you jump into a "new" company if it announced it was being investigated by the sec for "...among other things..." ?????

How can we be sure since the new mgmt said that Huff would only continue with the company through the transition and then turn right around and not only keep him but make him another officer of the company ???? IMO the longer this goes on the more it appears that the new mgmt is nothing more than puppets with strings of gold.
