#49177 RE: Djk0689 #49175

Not sure how your reply addresses what I said:

"you are choosing to ignore the only reason he mentioned for why a RS could happen:
"suppose there is an opportunity by bringing a huge revenue generating company with strong balance sheet with substance, robust future that would change the valuation of the company"..."we may have to do a reverse split and take the company to NASDAQ"

Organic growth to NASDAQ would be great, and is clearly possible if he buys back 75%+ of OS, but a RS to get to NASDAQ with a company already on NASDAQ in a merger or acquisition deal is a huge victory as well.

He didn't say he would RS because he has nothing better to do, and he would be reversing to take the price from silver to dollars, not from .0009 to .090

When he said no RS, it was when the pps was .0001 and people were asking him about an RS at that point.

Now, with the potential of getting to paper on its own, he is saying an RS is possible for the purpose of taking things to much to higher levels because of being aligned with a significantly more successful company , not just to get the pps up from the gutter, which is why most otc companies RS."

Most others who were discussing it aren't as versed as you are, regarding the difference between saying no RS over the past 2 years when it was .0001 and filings were a dream, to where things are now.

And most who seem to be discussing it now, appear to have taken the cue from your expression of disappointment and concern over Henry's change of tune, which is a perfectly reasonable and beneficial change of tune, since it means the only reason to look at a RS is based on a move to a higher exchange with a significant financial transaction in place.

Somehow his saying that now, which wouldn't even happen for a while, is equal to if he had said it a year ago, just to increase the pps with no substance behind it.

Not apples to apples. Not even close.

Many people value what you say, and in this case, what you said was off base, in my opinion, which has triggered an unnecessary avalanche of concern and disappointment for no reason.

If something is negative, it should be discussed openly. In this case, it was painted as negative, when it isn't.

I'd happily take an RS to get to NASDAQ, based on the reason Henry gave, "suppose there is an opportunity by bringing a huge revenue generating company with strong balance sheet with substance, robust future that would change the valuation of the company, we may have to do a reverse split and take the company to NASDAQ", as it would mean a merger or acquisition with a hugely successful company has transpired, which will mean a financial windfall for shareholders.

Much different then a RS for the sake of increasing pps from .0001 to .10, with nothing factually going on.
