I looked at an Aetna formulary from January 2021. I saw coverage for gv.

Are you sure? It looks like (for me) Aetna changes the Stanard Plan quarterly:Plan guide changes

I looked at an Aetna formulary from January 2021. I saw coverage for gv. I just posted the March standard aetna formulary and I only see coverage for V and gL.... History suggesting it is not a good idea

Why would a lack of coverage for gV be a bad thing?
