Thank you very much. I see two things but am a little unclear. Am I right that $3.2m of convertible notes retired (8.01) but conversely another $850k of convertibles (bad) issued to a buyer who also bought $1.5m of outstanding convertibles (neutral). So a net positive. Is that your read?
