My understanding the cc is that next week forw will announce an acquire 1/3 of entire co that makes the ventilator. About next two weeks we will see a PR announce a resubmission an amendmentcof reg A filing. GS sounded confident the FCC will approve after that. Remember at this time, we will see ticker change for Humble and the release of apps etc...

You guys realize that whrn TSNP hits 30.00 which I think will happen this year, our warrants are worth 8.00 a dhare here.
