The way a company behaved in the past , has EVERYTHING to do with how it got to where it is now. The behavior hasn't changed. Only the headlines and tall tales. It's just resting right now. I'm not saying it will or will not run again, but stock dilution is about one thing. Raising money. How do they dilute stocks? Pump and Dump. What will that money ultimately be used for? That remains to be seen but how a company behaved in the past, is nearly always indicative of the future.
Eventually all of these assumptions, presumptions, predictions and statements will have to be validated and verified by the appropriate agencies or it's going right back to trips. It better happens sooner than later because it's already made it's prime run in my opinion WITHOUT some major announcement or catalyst. You can patent pretty much anything, but proving that it's a viable product does not make it an AIDS or COVID CURE nor does it make it a viable treatment.
