Also, to the point about conflicts of interest between NWBO and Advent being controlled by Toucan, that could be an issue in terms of how the purchase price(s) (taken together) is allocated between the two entities.

But, there would be a threshold that’s too high of a price for Advent at the expense of NWBO that would step into the realm of fraud.
