Trial results looked great so far and the low outstanding was attractive until this lousy offering. Seems like the CEO has gone out of his way to give shares away unless there's something about the IP we do not know??
This could easily be another one of those penny bio's who's really just doing research for the true IP owners on retails dime. Meanwhile executives get paid well.
I think the CEO should be forced to address shareholders on that SA article and tell us all why no comparisons can be drawn.
After-Hours trading is heavy with the PPs at $2.27 +20% with the executives filing ownership. Funny, no news of late other than the departure of the science executive officer with no press release last week more shares issued dropping the price to $1.85 and today a bunch of insiders buying like crazy. Reading phantom's notes noting is coming soon with respect to data and of course we have a Houston facility that is reported ready for business during the second half of 2021...not sure what to think as I am under water at $5.00 a share...SMH
