Another possibility.. lol Maybe this is one of many sub penny stocks it are rumored to be under investigation for fraud and it's taken 5 years to finish all the investigations. And soon the SEC will reveal the status of these investigations and the scam artists that perpetuated these stock scams are scurrying to buy the shares back so they stay out of jail!! The judge in Jan. 2016 could have said delisting is not permitted until a SEC report is finished. Always IMHO
