And think about this many stock scams never file bankruptcy because their scam would become certain fraud!! Meaning they only sold securities to make money selling stock! At least if the stock is still trading nobody can prove the investors lost any money. lol This could be big news soon! With the stimulus package coming and the greed factor many people will be dumping money into this once the SEC announces the companies involved. This will not be get out of jail free.. lol Always IMHO
