I am not worried. There is enough explanation out there for the delay. Those who are long on this are good with this however day traders are the ones complaining most or people trying to bash and buy cheaper.

Legally, CBBT needs to update investors either way. That is the law
and these deals are under more scrutiny as well these days.

It's taking time to complete and I don't see this as unusual. PKG is
a decent size company with 30+ years of history and at least 50 - 60
employees, not to mention past employees. They've also had Government
contracts as well, so like an onion there are multiple layers. I think
that is all we are dealing with here.

A year ago well under a penny here. Holding around 8-10 cents for quite awhile now while waiting for any real PR... not a problem.
