That is how I see it...get the offering we knew was likely coming out of the way. I actually rather have it out now before the next quarter as I think we might get some positive news early this summer. Would be terrible to have good news only to see it followed by announcement of a stock offering causing share dilution. Get it out of the way now so the future rise won't be negatively affected.
Buying here though imo might be a bit risky in short term as I think market is going to take us further south over next few weeks. There might be periods of stability or even some short term surges up, but my gut feeling is further down. I am going to wait a little longer to buy back the shares I recently sold. I can get a slew more if I wait, if things go the way I believe they will. Don't get me wrong, I would love to be wrong here, but 30 years of stock trading experience says I am likely not wrong. Time will tell.
