BBANBOB, I still believe the rolling three year rule of ONLY one ownership change was the real delay and NOT Alice.

1) February 12, 2018 was when the 8K was filed for the purchase of NSM

2) POST February 12, 2021 is when another Ownership Change can happen without fear of losing billions in tax attributes

3) There is no way Alice will be holding anything up and I expect shares to be issued to investors who signed timely releases between now and the end of April 2021

4) HOWEVER, as always, time passing and filings will show us the way forward
