Okay, so I do believe everybody should relax, and I do believe Henry's intent was to file today and that he has done everything he can to make that happen......however, it does not look like he will be successful today, and he will not be filing 30 seconds after this is posted.

It looks like the filing will be tomorrow, and I would look for a tweet announcing the filing, before it shows up on Edgar or OTC Markets.

So, keep an eye on Twitter and watch for the filing.
