DBMM's management made errors in judgement time after time bringing on all their problems...
After failing to file for several years. and ignoring the SEC's warnings, DBMM was awarded a suspension and the SEC trying to revoke them for doing so.
The SEC advised them to accept revocation and reapply for pink in a year after making filings.
They opted to disregard that advice and fight the SEC... which they are still doing today years later!
Had they taken the SEC's advice, they could easily have been back to pink over a year ago...
$DBMM got clearance BEFORE the dismissal on Oct 15,2019.

The Corp Fin person the Division cited was from very early days. They did not review Edgar’s Correspondence file to find the most recent letter(see link and attachment below).
