Caught a new report yesterday.

Looks like they are doing fine.

Also, looked at T&S for March 4th.

Very interesting as there were hundreds of trades but 3 trades really caught my eye

10:11 am two sequential trades for 92,500 at .30

10:12 am one trade for 92,500 at .11

Devil is in the details of this continuation of unreported short selling.

There is no other explanation for the amount of trades and

how they were executed.

So what really happens if he doesn't (refile or bring up to date form 211)by June ? Does Yipi get delisted? or is there anything else he can do to avoid disclosure?
