If this POS had any thought of uplisting to NASDAQ they wouldnt have de-listed the stock right after Lazar listed it SEC reporting. The first thing Wei did is take it dark to hide.

I think the low RS ratio is due to the number of shares actually in the market. By our previous calculations, there are about 780M shares in the market. Using a 100:1 ratio would bring this down to 7.8M shares. That's a fairly low number. Using a 1000:1 ratio would be 780,000 shares. That would be a VERY tight float. Yes, the new owner will issue more shares but in the meantime, it would create a wildly swinging PPS. That would NOT be good for the buying company.
