LOL... Well TPTW likely has a team of partners that will come together to compete for this business.
In no way am i saying TPTW has a radar unit.
But what happens if they join a bidding team with other companies that have that capability. Raytheon is big in the radar industry... With many contracts having small business requirements, i think it is very feasible. TPTW is a fully audited company they would not have made that statement in the press release unless they have team-members and plans for something to that effect.
