If you go and read the brief it clearly states that CorpFin is to this day stating that DBMM is still material deficient in its filings. That doesn’t look good. Why does Linda not just simply bite the bullet and file what ever they want plain and simple. Change what ever they need. Linda could have ended this long ago. If she had simply filed what they were looking for instead of saying no what we have is good enough she would have made it look like she was doing what ever possible to correct the issues at hand. Instead she decided to stand her ground stating it was all ok. Even though CorpFin was telling her she was missing items and that other items were misleading and still other items were no longer allowed to be used.
This is all on Linda. Had she simply followed the rules and then changed the filings to include what was being requested this would have been over and DBMM would be pink right now. Since Linda decided to not simply do as asked I think DBMM is going to be revoked.
If you haven’t read the brief I would read it. It’s definitely very informative
