I’m not sure why but I noticed that on 2/22. It happened in a day or so. I checked on that Friday before and it was 7 million....by Monday it was 5million....I always just assumed the were just tightening up their float before the uplisting. I’m not an expert but I did notice that and I just let you know when it happened.

Seeing 5m as well (they increased float after the initial run up to 4 before the secondary explosion to 7.75) think it’s just delayed

Since this is an OTC stock I always look under www.otcmarkets.com and then under the company profile. Over the years that seems to be the most accurate for OTC stocks. That still shows a float of 2.8 million as of 12-7. And, an unrestricted total of stock affective 3-1 of 3.34 million. So imho the worst the float could be is that considering thats such a recent update and float is always a piece or all of the unrestricted.
