I believe one of or the last Press Releases hinted at this?

I don’t know, I don’t call PR personnel regarding my investments. I know what the reality is and what their limits are and I do not expect to learn anything new. They are there for new investors who seek them out and press people. And I do not want to know anything I am not supposed to know anyway. People who call these people thinking they are getting an inside track and then complain about it... that’s a different thing entirely.

The statisticians will proceed as quickly as possible with analyses of the raw data and prepare summaries of the Trial results for review by the Company, the Principal Investigator, the Steering Committee of the Trial, the Scientific Advisory Board, and a panel of independent brain cancer experts, who will analyze the data with the statisticians in preparation for public announcement and scientific publication.

Neither you nor I have been privy to those conversations. I have seen email correspondence from DI (assuming it was transcribed word for word, which I have little doubt it was) and there's been nothing revealed in those that are not public knowledge. People might add their own spin on things being told them without realizing it. BUT if DI have actually been telling people information not publicly known, I would agree 100% with your assessment.
