So, you consistently refuse to acknowledge that facts on the ground have changed fairly recently in one important respect.

While the case might be argued that, historically, SFOR represented a scam, of sorts, there are now 66 institutional owners, whereas a year, or so, ago, there were zero.

You might be doing some ignorant investors a favor if, for example, you contact Jupiter Asset Management and explain to them how they've been had. They own north of 45M shares. Or maybe the suckers at Stanhope Capital, which owns almost 38M shares.

It's entirely likely, I'm sure, that all of their equity analysts can use your insight into the situation. Just like I don't think this is a "to da moon" situation, I also think that it's not the bad old days either.

While it's true that no 8K's have been filed, it's also true that doesn't mean there will never be any.
