I like it when not just Linda but also Dr Bosch and Dr Boynton too got a bigger pie. I think Linda was fair to appreciate her generals. I can’t imagine what would be with NWBO when in such critical times like early 2020, her generals were recruited by its closest competitors. That would certainly crater the stock price even more. But glad that didn’t happen.

It is definitely not deceit to stay silent under the current circumstances unless they have very specific reasons that require disclosure. Regulators, commonly, again, unless there is a specific duty to disclose specific information, tend to appreciate silence for exactly what it is, silence, not deception.
