Over the past three years Mr. Floropoulos has focused on reverse mergers for private companies seeking to go public, regulatory consulting for global clients entering new jurisdictions, and tailored market analysis and program development for higher education institutions.
Mr. Floropoulos studied political science and philosophy, and holds advanced degrees including a Masters of Arts in Law and Governance and is currently enrolled in a public policy doctoral program.
