Why! Why! Why isn't this appreciating ??

The useless CEO has funded PCT with toxic death spiral debt and more recently, the hidden scam $0.001 conversion shares.

Thats one big reason PCTL cant get out of its own way

The other reason is the CEO hasnt a clue what hes doing
