Doesn't anyone here think it's odd that this stock has been mired down in the .02 range while all this tremendous, supposed activity is taking place?

Shouldn't investors be beating down PCTLtds door just salivating at the opportunity to become part of this lucrative, first of its kind ,save all technology that Gary has so intelligently developed?

Shouldn't Mr. Holcomb's oil and gas tech buddies be throwing money at this left and right to have a stake in this untapped gem that Gary has brought to the industry?
