That literally is Googles last defense....

1. Oh yes that technology is Smart Modulars..judge..no its NLST..

2. Well were really not using the technology ...OK lets take a look at your servers...ummmm ya ..your using it...its NLST tech

3. but the patent isint valid...we really should double check and make sure its valid..
