1. Oh yes that technology is Smart Modulars..judge..no its NLST..

2. Well were really not using the technology ...OK lets take a look at your servers...ummmm ya ..your using it...its NLST tech

3. but the patent isint valid...we really should double check and make sure its valid..

4. Now..so much time has passed...that the wording currently doesnt effect us any more...when in fact the wording is actually refined to make the patent stronger..

5. Hmmm...what else can they argue...hmmm...The dog ate my homework...

They will settle and it will benefit both companies...
