You know why? Because I am sure that they have made sure what they are doing is perfectly 'legal' by the letter of the law. They disclosed that MetrolTel has common ownership with GTEM, Why do you think they have in house counsel Leinwand there? He knows all the loopholes and liability protection like the back of his hand.

But you know what? There are many perfectly legal things that management can do and still sell common shareholders out. If management has shown that they are proficient at anything it is protecting themselves from liability while bending common equity holders over the fence.

And you know what? It's absolutely hilarious. That's why i'm here.

If you can't see the problem with a company that seems to specialize in doing business with its own subsidiaries and affiliates it really isn't worth much more explanation.
