NO brief 12 days later...Still NO Brief filed by SEC Commission "ORDERED, pursuant to Rule of Practice 450(a), that the Division of Enforcement shall file a brief in support of the petition for review by February 24, 2021(DELAY IS GONE !!!!);...Pursuant to Rule of Practice 180(c), failure to file a brief in support of the petition may result in dismissal of this review proceeding."
