But where is the numbers in the partnership ? What's the agreement ? How much potential is there if any ? Did gtem just give a service away as another under the table pilot ? What's the loss to investors should the agreement fail and not enough customers utilize it ? How much did gtem put up with this partnership ? ...........etc.

Perhaps it would be more instructive for you to question exactly why it is that this company can never manage to do business with entities other than affiliates, LLCs with no background, etc?
