It’s 2021. The sophistication of web mechanisms that deliver customer engagement experiences, ease of functionality, conducive to complex macro marketing techniques, all to deliver products in exchange for revenues flawlessly over and over, day after day.
To ‘us’ thats been living with and appreciated the endless genius of the work that goes into an EBay, or an Amazon, a Lemonade or a Hippo. Millions have been spent to perfect these versions of the ‘rocket science’, years of development has gone into the brilliance of these web mechanisms.

It’s rocket science because it’s not easy to get it right. Hundreds of thousands of web businesses a year have vanished since broadband was ubiquitous. Web business is simply not a good place for amateurs.
