The website setup is garbage for this industry. I don't believe this is what they put out.

It's hard enough to get people to your site with adwords you have to keep them engaged or you lose them in 3 seconds. My sites have a simple and beautiful layout and a button they click, put their number in and get a phone call in 9 seconds or less. Ok they click the call to action button. Either way they get instant info, I mean they are there for a damn reason and want what they came there for fast and easy.

This shit ain't rocket science.
