eight@ Doing it again - degrading the big work of 'the rule 60 team' by just stating - you expect it 'to be denied'.

Judge Du will by 'Rule 60' filing be given the chance'- to her herself correct what 90% of experts all the way have said was a wrong ruling.

Won't the Judge have a sentiment to be On top of Development - Rule 60 filing giving her, the tools to set things straight and correct the error - instead of being maybe overruled by Supreme Court. That can not be an 'improving carriere move' for a Judge - in what has become a high profile case - looking at all the articles on the subject thats out there.

Singer couldn't use Bhatt's paper in the appeal, it was new evidence not allowed in appeals - AMRN's attorney Singer did know about it but couldn't use it.
