Just a guess but it could be triggered (requested) by Amarin.

Do you or anyone else think it would be a viable strategy to go after every insurance company that is willing to reimburse the cost of gv for the CVD indication?

If Amarin will have coverage for R-IT indication only - more likely - not so much (if any) HCP will cover gV for R-IT.

I think that other ins companies may follow suit. I have not seen an indication as uhc has chosen in the past
