It will take time to sell the facility. The bonuses are being set up for the next round. They could have put it up for sale in November when they shut it down. However, the bonuses for cash positions were not in place at that time. They were goaled on EBITDA positive, which they have missed time and time again.
So if you can't meet your own goals, just change them.
