RAf: My guess is they were setting up to be bought out by big phamra - they probably did not want to confront the entire BP network of statins and simply wanted to lay the ground work for BO and let BP make the combo drug - how they got from there to today is bizarre ....
They are sitting on billions and not doing anything they either need to hit the reset button to VASTOR or sell it to BP and let them do that - there is no sense waiting on any of the law suits - resetting to VASTOR makes them all irrelevant
