Boon Industries (BNOW) is the result of a merger with Leaf of Faith Beverage (LOFB).

Mike Schatz was the CEO of LOFB until March 2nd, 2020 when he resigned and appointed current CEO, Justin Gonzalez.

RJM & Associates, LLC registered in California in 2014 and cancelled in 2016. It’s listed Officers / Managers were Mike Schatz and David S. Hanson.

In 2016, RJM & Associates, LLC conducted an Asset Purchase Agreement with Grid Petroleum Inc. and Grid Petroleum became Simlatus.
