Given what I found this morning you will have to forgive me if I don't exactly believe that MetroTel is independent of GTEM in anything but its name. I am sure that it is 'independent' in the very minimum sense required by the law.

If you want to believe management when they say it is an independent business that is going to pay them money...that's up to you I suppose.
