You have also probably noticed that the number of outstanding shares has grown substantially over the last few years (see chart below).

As I pointed out, that figure of 313M shares makes no sense unless it is refererring to the number of shares outstanding in 2019.

This "settlement" looks to be something a good class-action lawyer should review, IMO.
