I find it curious you seem to be completely disinterested in Advent to the point of not even caring if it's a Cognate repeat. If Cognate is worth $850 million then what do you imagine Advent is worth with Toucan being the major owner? Are we just supposed to ignore it all?

Guess that depends on your definition of toxic. 10% OID + 8% is getting toward loan shark territory.

However, it is better than "death spiral financing" deals from the likes of Lincoln Park.
