Huh?? Why do you think Ford put out a PR about the Ford Bronco years in advance of it being made public?? Because it affects the shareholders and companies like Ford and TPTW who are in full SEC compliance are required to issue 8Ks and PRs on material events like this.
Fortunately Frank and the TPTW Management Team knows the laws and makes sure TPTW is in compliance
Get a clue dude. He put out that PR to show what the smart investors here knew a long time ago. That the company is either making a lot of money or is set to make a lot of money months from now. There are stocks on the OTC that make nothing that are trading much higher. The corrupt MM's can't keep this down forever. You're complaining about a press release that was the first follow up to their Events contract which is going to make them a nice profit and is the first stepping stone to what probably will be huge concert incomes? That makes no sense.
