If this alleged brief from the sec attorneys really does exist, it must be truly embarrassing for the commission to break standard protocol by not posting it. I think it’s more likely that DBMMs reporting compliance with Corpfin has been confirmed for over a year now and nobody from corpfin would dispute that making enforcements pfr flimsier than a wet sheet of paper.
