#328132 RE: sstyles #328128

I posted it years ago who the “5” clients of Bakers are. Everyone knows the Tisch family first funded them. I don’t know who the other “4” are but I have a reason to believe one of the 4 is always up there in overall net worth.

I believe the board lambasted me w a tinfoil hat when I suggested it’s either Buffett or Bezos, but I stand by what I said in the past.

The momentum for Round 2 in the Supreme Court has much higher odds than I believe anyone is even daring to think.

Sstyles, AMRN may have really missed the vote in this respect:

Many powerful people who are rich want only one thing...to become old.
Some people like Dan Gilbert own sports teams and are multi-billionaires.
Dan Gilbert suffered a horrible stroke some time ago and is still
recovering. Dan Gilbert also owns the Cleveland Cavaliers. A sharp
CEO that has an astounding medication like Vascepa might make an effort
to insure that the R-I results reached the right people...the Dan Gilberts
and Warren Buffets of the world. Why? To get them interested in having
their doctor(s) look into Vascepa and see if it would be a good idea
for their patient(s.) Imagine the influence such people could wield
in support of AMRN or Vascepa. I am dumbfounded that no approach has
ever been made to any sports teem's medical directors to see if Vascepa
would be protective for their players and support staff. (All AFAIK.)

Sorry to say I don't see JT as being someone who thinks outside the box.

Sstyles, Amarin needs the backing of some powerful behind the scenes
player(s.) The Baker Brothers may or may not have given up on this
company. (One rumor I had heard long ago was that they wanted JT to
accept one particular BO offer and JT said No!) If that story is true
perhaps they decided to stop giving advice to JT.

Of course I'm a proponent for a BP BO because it seems stupid to waste
resources building a sales rep network when BP already has done that and
knows how to use them effectively. Imagine where Vascepa sales would
be if AMRN were owned by JNJ,PFE,AZN,Roche, or NVS. The political
power and influence that certain BP wield over our world is amazing.

Does anyone doubt that Pfizer could do a better job selling Vascepa
than GIA Amarin? If the answer is no, then does it not follow that
more CVD patients would benefit if AMRN were in the hands of BP?

Hopefully, JT (and his BOD) understand this and "for legal reasons"
may not disclose their efforts towards a BP BO. The sooner Vascepa
is in BP hands the quicker will be the uptake of Vascepa, especially
in Europe. No BP can seriously believe that JT truly intends to GIA.
