Until more lawsuits are brought against the MM's for manipulating the OTC and not having stocks go up or down based off of everyday consumers demands, I wouldn't expect any news to make a stock on this exchange go up a lot. Corruption on the OTC is crazy. Somebody in the courts has to put a stop to it.
