In my previous post, I think I specifically included BIEL's partners of having the responsibility to advertise. Furthermore, BIEL's contractual restrictions only covers BIEL performing any business activity associated with Actipatch domestically, not international. Therefore, if I'm correct regarding my latter assertion, BIEL can advertise at their pleasure internationally. Hey! I don't won't to get into splitting hairs on who should advertise this product. I think we all have a pretty good idea regarding BIEL's financial situation. So, yes, their partners should get out there and start pushing the product hard, through any available/appropriate Ad channels. Otherwise, to be painfully obvious, product sells won't reach lorded levels of expectation. Nonetheless, I think Ad activity will eventually show itself, hopefully, sooner than later.
