Here is my theory, Majority Shares have already been purchased in the trips. Reason we are seeing these same block numbers starting around Feb23rd imo is Henry started it back up due to these late noteholders who have been converting shares.
Recent dilution started few days prior and Then Henry contacted broker and they started buying 23rd. Hence it still is continuing (Why we see same block buys) cause watching lvl 2 they are still diluting it. If we can watch lvl 2 and confirm the dilution has stopped from noteholders imo we should see these 90,90, 20/30 blocks end day or so after.
