Short term you’re probably fine

DB’s been trying to do something in Canada for two years. DB has held Cannabis Retail Operating License since May 2020. DB and FUNN allegedly struck an arrangement in SEPTEMBER 2020.

DB had 5 business days to transfer the license to FUNN. The license should already be in Amfil Technologies name .

So, why didn’t DB transfer already; since DB is getting paid by the number of dispensaries that are actually opened?

Something is off.....

And, I think it’s a mistake to open in Canada

They should become an MSO in USA
